By accessing, browsing, or purchasing services through Relayeo (https://relayeo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
02. Description of Services & Digital Fulfillment
Relayeo provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) diagnostic audits, algorithmic telemetry, synthetic query simulation, machine-readable file generators (including /llms.txt, nested Schema.org JSON-LD graph code, and agent manifests), and agency wholesale partner portals.
Upon successful payment verification via our authorized gateway (Razorpay), your digital files, customized schema code, and audit deliverables are made immediately accessible for instant browser download, file export, and verification testing without manual intervention.
03. Commercial Licensing & Intellectual Property
Deliverables: All machine code, custom Schema.org graphs, /llms.txt directives, and audit documents compiled specifically for your domain become your exclusive intellectual property upon full payment. You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to deploy, host, and modify these assets across any web platform.
Platform IP: The underlying algorithms, proprietary scanning heuristics, reverse vector purge methodology, and platform software remain the exclusive intellectual property of Relayeo and its operating entities.
04. Payment Processing & Currencies
All financial transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. We accept international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Indian Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and Netbanking.
Prices are denominated and charged in USD ($) or Indian Rupees (₹) as selected during checkout. For international cards, currency conversion is performed automatically by your card issuing bank at prevailing interbank rates.
05. Agency Partner Responsibilities
Subscribers to Agency wholesale partner tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) are authorized to white-label audit reports, generate branded client pitch decks, and deploy compiled machine code across authorized client domains up to the specified slot limit. Agencies are solely responsible for managing their individual client commercial contracts and billing.
06. Performance & AI Non-Guarantee Disclaimer
Answer Engine Optimization relies on the dynamic crawl, indexing, and neural synthesis behaviors of third-party large language models (including OpenAI ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude). While our schema graphs and semantic files adhere strictly to Schema.org, W3C, and Princeton-GEO technical standards, Relayeo cannot guarantee specific search ranking positions or unalterable AI synthesis outputs, as third-party model weights and retrieval algorithms undergo continuous autonomous retraining.
