01. Our Zero-Retention Architecture
Relayeo is engineered around data minimization and cryptographic sovereignty. We do not require access to your backend database, private client records, employee personal data, or CRM systems.
When you submit a domain for AEO analysis, our engine queries publicly accessible web headers, robots.txt, sitemaps, and public search/LLM responses. We never intercept, store, or sell private organizational telemetry.
02. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary technical information required to process your transaction and deliver compiled code:
- Billing & Payment Data: Customer name, business email, and billing address. Payment card numbers and UPI handles are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Razorpay) and are never stored or visible on our servers.
- Target Domain Metadata: The public website domain and brand facts you input into our schema compiler to generate your structured files.
- Transaction Records: Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, amount paid, and invoice timestamps for legal accounting and tax compliance.
03. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to:
- Compile and deliver your custom machine-readable assets (
/llms.txt, schema graphs, manifest files). - Authenticate your license and agency partner access levels.
- Send transaction receipts, GST invoices, and essential service alerts.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions and verify cryptographic payment signatures.
04. Third-Party Processors & Security
We partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers:
- Payment Gateway: Razorpay Software Private Limited (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
- Hosting & Edge Delivery: End-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption with strict HSTS security headers.
05. Data Rights & Deletion
Under global privacy regulations, you retain the right to request deletion of your account record and stored transaction history at any time. Simply email authority@relayeo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We process all verified requests within 48 hours.
